Welcome to the Sri Neem Karoli Baba Ashram and Hanuman Temple. The ashram is a sacred space for meditation, devotional singing and satsang or spiritual discourse among aspirants. All members of the ashram community contribute to the sacredness of this place which is a haven of peace and spiritual inspiration for hundreds of visitors and guests each year. We practice bhakti yoga-chanting and devotional practices, and karma yoga seva - selfless service to God and creation. Neem Karoli Baba, known at the time as Baba Lakshman Das (also spelled "Laxman Das"), left his home in 1958 and wandered through Northern India. [7] During his life two main ashrams were built, at Kainchi and at Vrindavan. [1] Baba Neem Karoli , a humble 20th-century saint, preached selfless service. His legacy now draws global figures from Steve Jobs to Virat Kohli to his ashrams seeking clarity and calm away from the spotlight. Neem Karoli Baba, also known as Neeb Karori Baba, was a revered Hindu saint, mystic, and spiritual master who gained worldwide recognition for his divine wisdom, simple teachings, and miraculous powers.
