This is the official portal of Indo Tibetan Border Police, Ministory of Home Affairs Indo-Tibetan Border Police ( ITBP ) is a Central Armed Police Force functioning under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The ITBP is a central armed police force in India that guards the border with Tibet and responds to natural disasters. It was formed in 1962 after the Sino-Indian War and has 64 battalions, 17 training centres and 7 logistics establishments.
