Government of Telangana Layout Regularisation Scheme 2020 Citizen Login Update Mobile Number a) Regulation of unapproved layouts will entitle the applicant to get building permission from the Competent Authority. b) Civic amenities like roads, water supply, drainage, streetlights will be provided subject to total payment of all required charges by all plot owners. c) The unapproved layout areas will be brought in to the fold of planned development of the Towns/Cities/Gram Panchayats. Guidelines for LRS Telangana 2024 August 2024 The government has issued guidelines for the Layout Regularization Scheme ( LRS ) and will start reviewing applications this week. The examination process for plots and layouts will take place in three to four phases. This initiative aims to address the regularization of illegal layouts and plots.
