Nehru Planetariums are a set of five planetariums which have been established in major cities of India, including Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Prayagraj. The one in Delhi was inaugurated on 6 February 1984, by former prime minister of India, Smt. Indira Gandhi. Ideally situated in the green environs of the Teen Murti House, this place was the official residence of Ex Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru. It is now converted into a museum in his memory.
