The word 'Shagun' is coined from two different words 'Shala', meaning Schools and 'Gunvatta' meaning Quality. We are the Right to Education Initiative (RTE). We are guardians of the right to education . We strengthen systems and build capacity, creating the conditions for a world in which all people, regardless of their situation and circumstances, fully enjoy their right to education from birth to adulthood and throughout life.
