After migrating I noticed that many of the S24 pre-installed ringtones and pre-installed notification sounds were not found on the S25. After numerous calls to Samsung technical support I was able to have a ticket opened to hopefully address this. Go into the apps info and where it says the ringtone for that app you can change it. I've found that if I download a ringtone from say zedge , instead of making it a notification tone just download the tone to your media folder. I can then go to different apps and scroll through and pick the one I want I need help, it's been a long time since I needed to add a specific ringtone to a contact and the usual settings I knew were changed but I couldn't remember what the steps were, can someone remind me what to do?
