1. CBSE TELE COUNSELLING CBSE started this pioneering community work 12 years back in 1998 for the first time. The highlights of CBSE tele-counselling are : It is offered by trained counselors and Principals from within CBSE affiliated schools. It is a voluntary free of cost service provided by the participants. It is a flexible and mobile service. The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has launched a free tele - counselling service aimed at helping students and parents cope with exam-related stress. This initiative is part of CBSE 's broader effort to support the mental well-being of students during the crucial examination period. CBSE Tele - Counseling Helpline (2nd Phase) This year, the first phase of counseling was conducted before, during, and after exams. Now during the 2nd Phase, a comprehensive team of 65 professionals including principals, trained counselors, special educators from CBSE -affiliated government and private schools, and psychologists will provide tele - counseling round the clock for one week. Starting May 14, 2024, CBSE offered free 24/7 psychological counselling for a week. For 26 years, CBSE has supported students and parents with common exam and result-related psychological challenges through its counselling services.
