Chita (Russian: Чита́ chee-TAH) is in Zabaykalsky Krai. This former restricted military city has developed quite rapidly, if unevenly, because of the city's position on a main land-trading route with China. CHITA was formed on December 26, 2003 and within short span of time has become the name synonymous to unity, commitment and enthusiasm, all the members are young and enthusiastic and as the field of IT demands: adaptable to any changes and conditions but still committed to achieve. Chita lies at the confluence of the Chita and Ingoda Rivers, between the Yablonoi Mountains to the west and the Chersky Range to the east.
