In response to worsening air quality in Delhi-NCR, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has decided to activate Stage IV of the Graded Response Action Plan ( GRAP ) from today. Order dated 24.02.2025 - Revocation of Actions under Stage - II (Very Poor Air Quality) of extant schedule of GRAP and intensifying actions under Stage - I of revised GRAP in Delhi - NCR Delhi-NCR has implemented GRAP -IV restrictions due to severe air quality, crossing into the 'severe' zone. Schools will adopt hybrid learning, construction and demolition activities are banned ... The CAQM in Delhi-NCR has implemented stringent Stage-III and Stage- IV measures under GRAP due to the rising AQI. These measures include restricting non-essential truck traffic, closing schools, encouraging work-from-home policies, and banning certain construction activities.
