SCERTUP is a government organization that develops curriculum, textbooks, and training programs for school education in Uttar Pradesh. The full form of SCERT is State Council of Educational Research and Training. SCERT was established after the recommendation made by the National Education Policy in 1986 for the decentralization of functions to provide quality education training research.
