Sinarest AF Syrup contains Paracetamol and therefore should not be used in conjunction with other Paracetamol containing products. Sinarest AF Syrup should be used with caution in patients with renal or hepatic dysfunction, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, cardiovascular problems, epilepsy and closed angle glaucoma. Sinarest-AF New Syrup is used as a nasal decongestant and anti-allergen in paediatric patients. It provides relief from symptoms of a cold, such as a runny nose, a stuffy nose, sneezing, itching of the nose and throat, itchy/watery eyes, nasal congestion, and swelling of the nasal passages. It contains Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine. Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy/cold symptoms. Phenylephrine provides relief from congestion.
