Wiki/Biography Sonal Shah was born in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. She received her education from Princess Padmaraje Girls High School, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Family The name of her parents and siblings is not known. She married Amit Shah in 1987 and the couple is blessed with a son, Jay Shah who tied the knot with Rishita Patel in 2015. Sonal started her career at the U.S. Department of Treasury where she was an international economist working on timely development issues, including post-conflict development in Bosnia, Asian financial crisis, and poverty reduction in Africa.
