To attain a TEC certificate, one must go through Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecom Equipment scheme {MTCTE}.The TEC certificate contains a unique number (TEC number) that allows the certificate holder to operate CSC centers and other official services. The applicant should have the following to complete the registration process: Valid Aadhaar and PAN Card. This will be authenticated during the registration process. If the applicant belongs to general VLE group, he/she must have a Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC) Certificate and BC certificate by IIBF handy.
