Thirumalai Kovil is a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Murugan, situated at Panpoli, [1] Sengottai in the Tenkasi district of Tamil Nadu, South India. It is about 100 km from Thiruvananthapuram. The temple is situated on a small hill surrounded by the Western Ghats near the border with Kerala. Recently visited Lord Thirumalai Kumaraswamy Murugan temple located on top of a hill about 15 kms from Tenkasi District. This place is historically known to be where Lord Murugan gave darshan to great sage Agasthiar.
