These are the most powerful passports in the world, as per Henley Passport Index 2022. These are ranked by how many countries you can enter without a visa. The Travel & Tourism Development Index 2024 is the second edition of an index that evolved from the Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) series, a flagship index of the World Economic Forum. The Henley Passport Index is based on a comparison of 199 different passports’ access rights to 227 travel destinations with or without an additional visa. For each destination where no visa is required, where a visa, visitor’s permit, or electronic travel authority (ETA) can be obtained on arrival, a nation’s passport earns one point. The latest World Economic Forum Travel & Tourism Development Index 2024 reveals the countries with the most favourable conditions for travel and tourism development.
